How do I apply for a rental property?
Apply online through our website via the property listing or Current Clients tab. Complete the application with required documentation for our three-part qualification process.
What payment methods do you accept for rent?
Pay rent online through your tenant portal, by check, or in-person at our Santa Fe office. We offer multiple convenient payment options for residents.
What pet policies apply to your properties?
Pet acceptance depends on owner discretion. We charge a $250 administrative fee and $50 monthly pet rent. Certain breeds are restricted per property guidelines.
How much notice is required for lease termination?
Provide written 30-day notice before lease expiration if you choose not to renew your tenancy agreement with Landseer Management.
Do you require co-signers for all applicants?
Co-signers are only required when applicants don't meet our credit, income, or rental history criteria. Guarantors must be New Mexico residents who qualify independently.
What maintenance services do you provide?
We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance, preventative inspections, and scheduled repairs. Our in-house team handles plumbing, HVAC, electrical issues and property improvements.
