Services
Asphalt Shingles
Asphalt shingles provide durable, cost-effective roofing with architectural appeal. We install CertainTeed Landmark and IKO Cambridge series shingles, offering color options and 20-25 year lifespans. Our hurricane-nail fastening system ensures wind resistance, while free debris cleanup maintains property aesthetics. Manufacturer warranties up to 50 years complement our 20-year workmanship guarantee.
Rubber Roofing
Rubber roofing solutions protect flat or low-sloped roofs using Certainteed Flintlastic SA, EPDM membranes, or GACO silicone coatings. These systems prevent water damage with seamless application and 25-50 year warranties. Our torch-free installation reduces fire risk while ensuring durability against ponding water and severe weather conditions.
Roof Repairs
We diagnose and repair roof leaks by replacing damaged shingles or sealing problem areas with silicone. Our inspections identify underlying issues to prevent future damage. Emergency services address urgent leaks, while routine maintenance extends roof lifespan. All repairs include post-service cleanup and warranty coverage.
Gutter Installation
Proper gutter installation prevents water damage to foundations and roofs. We install seamless gutters with leaf guards to minimize clogs and maintenance. Our systems channel rainwater away from properties, protecting landscaping and exterior surfaces. Complimentary with roof replacement projects or available as standalone service.
Roof Replacement
Full roof replacements include tear-off of existing materials and installation of new systems. We handle complex projects involving multiple buildings or unique roof designs. Daily cleanup ensures minimal disruption, while certified crews complete most residential jobs in 1-3 days. Includes material warranties and our 20-year workmanship guarantee.
