Our Story

The Guest House on Academy was founded by Greg and Karen Yonchak, long-time residents of Louisville who wanted to share their love of hospitality with others. With backgrounds in event planning, catering, and business, they combined their talents to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. In 2017, they opened a second home across the street, providing even more accommodations for visitors.
