Questions
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs need Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, and recommended CIV/Leptospirosis. Cats require FVRCP, Rabies, and FeLV. Proof must be provided before check-in.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency services?
We provide standard care during operating hours but do not offer overnight emergency services. Medical boarding follows vet instructions during our open hours.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes, facility tours are available Monday-Saturday 11AM-3PM by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit and see our play yards and accommodations.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-out: 8:00-11:00 AM. Check-in: 1:00-3:30 PM daily. Early/late options available for $10-20 fee with advance notice. Holidays require reservations.
Do you accommodate non-social or special needs pets?
Yes, we offer solitary play yards for non-social dogs and medical boarding for pets with special care requirements. Please inform us of behavioral or health needs in advance.
