Delivery Issues and Unprofessional Service
Many reviewers have had issues with the delivery of their orders, with some orders never being delivered at all. Emily Slater ordered online and was told it would be delivered on Saturday, but received no contact from the shop and the order was ultimately cancelled. Amy James Watts also had issues with a same-day delivery that failed to materialize, and was left without a response from the shop. Nikki Knight Colson paid $90 for a case of flowers to be delivered to a funeral, but they were never delivered and she is still waiting for a refund.
Poor Customer Service
In addition to delivery issues, many reviewers have also expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service they received from the shop. Emily Slater was put on hold for nearly 5 minutes and had to speak with multiple people in order to resolve her issue. Amy James Watts was told that the owner would start making and delivering an order the same day, without apologizing for the initial failure to deliver. Raeanna Hart Norris was unable to get ahold of anyone to address her issue with a missed delivery, and Paul Solleveld received silk flowers instead of fresh ones despite paying for the latter.
Positive Experiences
However, not all reviewers have had negative experiences with the shop. Deante' Alexander praised the shop and its employees, saying that they are good and genuine people. Denita Robinson Grice also had a positive experience, saying that the customer service she received was "out of this world".
