Policies

At Elements Day Spa, we're committed to providing you with the best possible experience. That's why we have a few policies in place to ensure that everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

A 20% deposit on a major credit card is required for all day packages. Cancellation requires a minimum of 48-hours notice. Cancellations less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit. All packages include 20% gratuity.

We're open Tuesday through Saturday by appointment only. We're closed on Sundays and Mondays to allow our staff to rest and recharge.
