Waterfront Accommodations
Parmer's Resort offers diverse waterfront accommodations across 14 unique buildings. Options range from basic queen/twin rooms to multi-bedroom cottages with full kitchens and private porches. All units feature air conditioning, HD TV, and Seattle's Best Coffee service. Waterfront properties provide direct access to Pine Channel and include premium amenities like granite countertops and pull-out sofas.
Kayak and Paddleboard Rentals
Complimentary kayak and paddleboard access is included in the destination fee. Equipment is available on a first-come basis with 2-hour time limits to ensure fair access. These watercraft provide ideal exploration tools for Pine Channel's protected waters and nearby Looe Key Reef. No additional charges apply beyond the daily destination fee.
Boat Slip Rentals
Our 20-boat slip marina accommodates vessels up to 27 feet with 2.5-foot draft. Electric outlets and water hoses available within 50 feet of all slips. Daily fees range from $30$50 depending on size. Reservations required during peak seasons. Strategic location provides immediate access to Pine Channel's fishing grounds and 10-minute proximity to Sea Center fuel services.
Pet-Friendly Stays
We welcome dogs up to 50 lbs with dedicated amenities including water bowls and cleanup supplies. Pet fee is $50/day per dog with $200 maximum per stay. Dogs must remain leashed on property and cannot be left unattended. This policy maintains our island's relaxed atmosphere while accommodating traveling pet owners.
Group Event Planning
Custom group accommodations for weddings, reunions, and corporate retreats. Spacious multi-room rentals with event coordination services. Property features include 4-hole putting green, bocce ball courts, and heated pool. Dedicated team assists with personalized planning through our Request for Proposal process.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are fully refundable with 14-day notice. Changes require 14-day advance notice. Special event periods have minimum stay requirements.
How far are you from Key West Airport?
We're 27 miles from Key West International Airport (EYW) with 30-35 minute drive time.
Do you accept pets?
We welcome dogs with $50/day fee (max $200/stay). Maximum 2 dogs per room, must remain leashed at all times.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Rooms guaranteed by 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in available when rooms are ready.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, complimentary continental breakfast buffet served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
What water activities are available?
