Our Story

Founded by Heather Scharbor, a passionate and nationally recognized pianist, Allegro Academy of Music was created to provide Houston-area students with access to an exceptional music conservatory. Heather's vision was to inspire each individual student to learn with creativity while pursuing excellence in all aspects of music. With a strong focus on wellbeing and academic performance, Allegro Academy of Music is committed to giving students a unique opportunity to express themselves artistically while developing technical skills.

Our Faculty

Our faculty consists of world-class music teachers, each with a unique teaching style and expertise in their area of specialty. Our instructors havePerformed at Carnegie Hall, Broadway, with the Houston Symphony, Houston Grand Opera, the Texas Medical Center Orchestra, Da Camera Houston, and throughout Europe. With their extensive teaching experience and passion for teaching, our instructors strive to relate their teaching to each individual student's learning style, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience.

Our Programs

• Music Achievement Program (MAP): A comprehensive program designed to help students progress and grow as musicians, with a focus on technical skill development and artistic expression.
