At The ARK, we believe in learning music that transcends the traditional boundaries. While we provide solid classical training, we also embrace various musical styles and genres, encouraging students to explore rock, pop, jazz, blues, and everything in between. This unique approach fosters a love for music that extends far beyond the notes on a page.

Connecting Music to Every Aspect of Learning

Our vision extends beyond simply teaching musical theory and technical skills. We delve deeper, connecting music to various aspects of learning. By exploring music through a STEM lens, we demonstrate its application in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We also highlight how music enhances reading comprehension, history understanding, and even empathy.

Engaging the Body and Senses

Recognizing the importance of holistic learning, we encourage outdoor lessons, summer camps, and interactive workshops that engage the whole body and senses. Our 1-acre property provides a stimulating environment for learning, with seasonal play areas, a zipline, and even chickens and fish to interact with.
