At Celco Community Credit Union, we are dedicated to providing our members with exceptional financial services that cater to their unique needs. Our History and Purpose

On August 28, 1956, Celco Employees Federal Credit Union opened its doors for business. We moved from the Celanese plant in Narrows, VA to our current building right down the road in 1985. Our name was changed and membership was then opened up to the Giles County community. In July 2014, a second branch of Celco Community Credit Union was opened in Pembroke, Virginia.

From the onset, the prime purpose of our credit union has been to encourage thrift among our members with payroll-deduction savings, low-interest loan rates, and other financial services. Our goal is to provide our members with a secure and reliable place to save their hard-earned money and access affordable loans when they need them.

Membership Eligibility

Membership eligibility includes any person who lives, works, or worships in Giles County, Virginia. Membership eligibility is also extended to the immediate family members of any current Celco Community Credit Union member.

Locations and Phone Numbers

We have two branch locations and four ATMs in the Giles County area. Our main branch is located at 3381 Virginia Avenue in Narrows, Virginia, and our second branch is located at 5862 Virginia Avenue in Pembroke, Virginia. We also have ATMs located in Pearisburrg, Virginia, and Rich Creek, Virginia.
