Can I walk in without an appointment?
While appointments are recommended, we accept walk-ins based on availability. Priority is given to scheduled clients, but we make every effort to accommodate spontaneous visitors during business hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. A $25 deposit applies to 45+ minute appointments, which will be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations. Three violations require prepayment for future bookings.
