Furniture & Home Goods for Families in Need
Furnishing Hope of Massachusetts was founded in 2010 by Suzy Palitz after discovering that many families transitioning from homeless shelters lacked basic household essentials. Our organization provides furniture, home goods, and moving services to Boston-area families rebuilding their lives. We collaborate with over 35 local agencies to identify families in need and deliver essential items directly to their new homes. Our Starter Sets include bedding, kitchen supplies, bath items, and toiletries, ensuring families have a functional living environment. All our resources come from community donations of new and gently used items.

Since our inception, we have served over 850 families, impacting more than 2,400 individuals. We prioritize practical support to create stable, nurturing homes that help families thrive. Our services include delivery, setup, and personalized assistance to ensure each family's transition is as smooth as possible. We believe that access to basic household necessities is fundamental to rebuilding lives with dignity. Our work is sustained through donations, volunteer efforts, and partnerships with local businesses and agencies.
