Our Services

At McPeak's Assisted Living, we offer a range of services designed to support the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Our comprehensive care plan includes:

• Case Management: We work closely with families and medical professionals to develop a personalized care plan that addresses the unique needs of each resident.
• Rehabilitation Care: Our staff is trained to provide post-hospital and post-surgical care, ensuring a smooth transition back to daily life.

Our Facility

Our assisted living facility is located in a beautiful residential setting in Suffolk County, New York. Our historic mansion has been updated to include numerous safety features and modern amenities, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. We are conveniently located just three blocks north of the village of Patchogue, with easy access to the Long Island Railroad, shopping, and the beaches of the Great South Bay.
