At Bristol Village, we are proud to be the only freestanding nonprofit assisted living facility in Western New York. Our mission is focused on providing a safe, comfortable living environment for our residents, filled with opportunities for independence and around-the-clock support. Our Story

Everyone has a story, and ours began more than 150 years ago. Since then, we have built a legacy of compassion and expertise in assisted living and memory care. With experience comes trust, and trust is something we take very seriously. Our family-friendly environment ensures both well-being and respect.

Our Facility

Built in 2003, our comfortable, modern facility is located in the heart of Clarence Center, NY, set on 20 acres of lushly landscaped property, adding to the serene and welcoming atmosphere. Our residents are able to personalize and create their own comfortable space, whether it's a one-bedroom apartment or a cozy studio-style layout, each assisted living apartment contains a kitchenette and full bath.

Our mission is to not only maintain overall health but to improve the quality of life for each one of our residents. We offer a range of care services, including assisted living, memory care, and respite care, all designed to provide our residents with the support and care they need to thrive. Our experienced and compassionate staff are dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable living environment, filled with opportunities for independence and around-the-clock support.

Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced and compassionate professionals, dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support to our residents. From our President/CEO, Mike Helbringer, to our Case Managers, Nursing Staff, and Activities Director, every member of our team is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for our residents.

Staff and Management Issues
