At Madison Healthcare Services (MHS), we are dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to our community. Our mission is to deliver high-quality patient-centered care, combining advanced technology with a personal touch. We are committed to improving the health and well-being of those we serve, offering a wide range of services across our healthcare campus.

Our services include a 51-bed skilled nursing facility, a 12-bed critical access hospital, outreach specialty services, home care services, a fully staffed medical clinic, and independent senior living apartments. Additionally, we offer a variety of therapy services, including occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as specialized services such as audiology, behavioral health, cardiology, dermatology, and more.
