Our Story

At Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing, we are proud to be a family-owned business with a rich history dating back to the 1950s. Our journey began with Thomas McPartlon, the grandfather of our current CEO, Francis McPartlon. Thomas brought his sons, Brian and Kevin, into his roofing business in upstate New York. Years later, Kevin made his way to Santa Fe, where he met Anna, Francis' mother. Together, they laid the foundation for what would become Santa Fe Stucco + Roofing. Francis jokes, "Roofing and stucco is literally a part of my DNA now." This deep-rooted passion and commitment to quality have been passed down through generations, guiding our company's values and services to this day.
