Schultz Construction LLC has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry in Aberdeen, SD, and the surrounding areas. From homes completed ranging from 1,000 to over 7,000 square feet, our primary focus is on the quality project - from start to finish. Shawn, the owner of Schultz Construction LLC, started as a student at the Hub Area Vo-Tech School in Aberdeen SD. As a student under the guidance of his teacher and mentor Jim Franzen, he instantly knew that construction was his calling. Within 5 years, he expanded his building processes to include working with concrete; poured foundations of new and existing homes as well as stamped and colored concrete.

We provide General Contracting both Residential and Commercial as well as Carpentry for custom homes or remodeling projects, and Concrete work. This includes Pouring Foundations and Stamping Concrete with or without color. Design assistance is available at request.
