- Pre-Engineered Metal Building Design, Supply and Construction: Building Management Systems, Inc. holds both Varco-Pruden and American Buildings/Nucor Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings local dealer licenses. We have designed, purchased, and erected 3,000,000 SF of energy-efficient, maintenance-free steel buildings.
Our History
Founded and incorporated by Doug Padgett and Mike Hampton on September 15, 1981, Building Management Systems quickly made its mark in Brevard County by offering true Design-Build services utilizing in-house architecture and pre-engineered metal building facilities. Over a span of 5 different decades, BMS has partnered with hundreds of local small businesses and corporate clients, including Space Coast Credit Union, L3Harris, Health First, Brevard County School Board, Melbourne Airport Authority, Animal Medical Clinic, Space Coast Regional Airport, Cape Canaveral Port Authority, and hundreds of small Brevard County businesses.
