Mendocino Coast Property Management, Inc. (MCPM) is a full-service property management company located on the breathtaking Mendocino Coast in Northern California. Established in 1984, our team of professionally trained and licensed agents has been dedicated to providing the largest and oldest property management services on the Coast. We are proud to serve the communities from Westport to Navarro Ridge Road, just south of Albion.

The Founders
Barbara D. Clark, the founder of Century 21 Fort Bragg Realty Property Management Division in 1984, was a visionary leader who built a team dedicated to providing the highest quality services to owners in the Mendocino Coast community. Together with her husband, Paul, they have dedicated over 30 years to serving the community, building a legacy of excellence and commitment.
Paul Clark, originally from Portland, Oregon, moved to Fort Bragg in 1976 as an accountant with Georgia Pacific Corp. He later started a career in Real Estate and opened the first office, which became a Century 21 Franchise in Fort Bragg. Paul's experience in accounting, real estate, and his involvement in local government have been invaluable in building a successful property management company that has served the community for over 30 years.
