Can I customize necklace lengths?
Yes, all items are handmade and customizable. Include length preferences in checkout notes for adjustments.
Can you make jewelry from customer-provided sand?
Custom sand jewelry is only available for returning customers. New customers can choose from our existing sand collection.
Why no Hawaii or National Park sand?
Federal laws prohibit removing sand from Hawaii and National Parks to protect these ecosystems.
How long for order delivery?
Orders ship within 1-3 days after placement. Most items arrive within 7-10 business days via USPS.
Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes, wholesale options are available for retailers starting March 2025 through our dedicated wholesale portal.
