Our Story
ServiceMaster Professional Building Maintenance was founded by Ed Nix in 1990. Ed began his career with ServiceMaster Corporation in 1978 as a Housekeeping Manager in the Healthcare Services Division. He managed 13 employees in the housekeeping and laundry department of the Northwest Home for the Aged in Chicago, Illinois. It was there that he met his wife, Nicki, a Certified Nurse Aide.
From 1978 to 1989, Ed received several promotions and new assignments with ServiceMaster. His dedication to the company and his passion for cleaning led him to start his own business in Lincoln, NE. Today, ServiceMaster Professional Building Maintenance is a trusted name in the community, known for its commitment to quality and customer service.
