What to Expect
During your first session, we will begin with a brief medical history and assessment of your posture to determine where your body may be compensating for stress. We will also discuss any recent injuries or exercise habits and how they may be affecting your body. In some cases, we may incorporate yogic postures to help release tension and promote relaxation.
Following the assessment, we will begin your massage session, carefully tailored to address your specific goals and concerns. Our sessions typically include a combination of various techniques, including long strokes, kneading, and pressure point therapy.

Gift Certificates and Fees
Gift certificates are available upon request. Our fees are competitive with those of most spas, with a slight premium added for in-home/on-site massages due to the travel involved. Please contact us for current rates.
Cancellation Policy
A 12-hour notice is required to avoid full payment for missed sessions. However, extreme emergencies as well as treacherous weather will be taken into consideration.
