Our Story

Local Pottery was founded in 1996 by Lisa Howard, a passionate ceramicist with a deep love for the art form. Initially based in Pembroke, Massachusetts, the studio and gallery quickly gained a reputation for its commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and community. In 2014, Lisa moved the studio to its current location in Norwell, Massachusetts, where it continues to thrive.
