At Galeota Associates, Inc., we understand that buying a home is a significant investment for many of our clients, and for others, it's just another investment. Our inspectors are Licensed Home Inspectors and Licensed Building Supervisors (MA) as well as members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). As members of ASHI, we are held to strict standards of practice and code of ethics.

Our Services

We provide a variety of home inspection services, including Home Inspection, Termite Inspection, Water Quantity - Water Quality Analysis, and Radon Testing. Our inspections are dedicated to the property and you, the buyer. We evaluate 10 main areas, including structural components, roofing system, exterior components, electrical system, heating system, cooling/heat pump system, insulation/ventilation, plumbing system, interior components, and maintenance advice. Our experience has shown us to observe signs which may indicate past, present, or potential problem areas.

Our Pre-Marketing Inspections are designed for homeowners or realtors prior to putting the property "on the market". These inspections provide a clear picture of the home to the homeowner. We also offer additional services, including Termite Inspection, Radon Air Testing, Radon Water Testing, Water Quality Test, and Water Quantity Test. Galeota Associates, Inc. has been in the Home Inspection industry for over 40 years. Our people are highly skilled, highly trained staff of professionals dedicated to providing an unparalleled educational experience that will completely familiarize a prospective buyer with every aspect of the property that is being inspected. Home building is in our roots! Galeota Associates, Inc. is a family-owned business. The founder of the company, Anthony L. Galeota, Jr. was a former builder and land developer in central Massachusetts. As Anthony managed the projects, his sons, Christopher and Greg spent their summer breaks on various job sites learning new skills and techniques of building single-family homes.
