Our Story

Juanita's Draperies is a family-owned business that has been serving the Metroplex since 1985. Our co-owner and creative force, Juanita Dominguez, has always had a passion for needlework and other creative activities since her childhood. Together with her husband, Manuel, who formerly held administrative positions for the Government of Mexico, they moved to Dallas with a vision of creating a custom drapery and upholstery business. Over the years, we have grown to become one of the most respected and recognized names in the industry, earning the title of "Best Upholsterer" by D Magazine in 2009.
