Our team, led by CEO Sammy Smith, is dedicated to providing high-quality, value-based construction services. Our team is fully qualified and technically capable of solving problems and developing strategies to make each project more efficient and successful. We believe in recycling and for environmental sustainability, we recycle asphalt, concrete, dirt, rock, and steel.

Our safety department requires the completion of SafetyHead's Equipment Operator Safety Course before being allowed to operate any piece of machinery on or off of the job site. Our lead employees have been trained in First Aid & CPR. We also hold certifications in Lead abatement, Asbestos abatement, Quality Construction Management, and Haz Com.

We are an EM 385-1-1 certified company according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual. We attribute our perfect safety record for no time lost for the full 30+ years of service to the great demands we place on each employee to protect themselves and those around them. We have a safety program managed by our Safety Director, Jeff Fowler (SSHO certified) through writing our safety manual and implementing these plans throughout our entire staff.
