Our Founder: Keisha Deas Lee

Keisha Deas Lee, the owner of K'CIRA Events, was born in Charleston, SC in 1969. She is a mother, retired Air Force Reserves member, certified event planner, and bartender. Keisha has over 30 years of experience in organizational management and leadership, having served in management positions within the U.S. Air Force Reserves and as a human resource assistant for the Joint Base of Charleston from 2005-2016.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Keisha is deeply committed to community advocacy and youth development. She has worked at Carolina Youth Development Center (CYDC) for 20 years as a relief counselor, life skills specialist, and substitute teacher in Charleston County.
