Founded in 1994 by David and Linda Toney in their 1,500-square-foot home in Cypress, TX, the company has blossomed from humble beginnings to a thriving enterprise employing approximately 50 individuals. This remarkable growth is a testament to the unwavering dedication and resilience of the Toney family, who have consistently prioritized integrity, commitment, and teamwork as the core values driving their success.

Our Legacy

The story of Toney Construction Services is truly a family affair. David Toney, initially drawn to property management after graduating from Texas A&M in 1984, discovered his true passion in the construction industry. Fueled by entrepreneurial spirit, he and Linda embarked on their ambitious journey, establishing the company with Linda staying at home to raise their three young children. This early period was marked by tight finances and sheer determination, as they diligently nurtured their business while building their family. Today, each of their children actively participates in the company, carrying forward the legacy that David started. After David's passing in 2020, Toney Construction Services transitioned into a woman-owned business, with son Derek assuming operational leadership.
