These include design solutions for homes that are hard to sell, as well as prompt, full-service repair services that result from buyer's home inspection reports. Our Team

Our team is made up of skilled professionals who are passionate about helping others create their dream homes. Our owner, Len Panas, started LS Panas & Associates in 2000 with a passion for remodeling and a desire to help others. Today, he employs a team of hardworking individuals who share his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Marianne Wilson-Stein, our project manager and design manager, grew up in the real estate world and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. She loves getting to know her clients and assisting them throughout the build process. Don Mueller, our project manager, is skilled at communicating with our clients and building trust within the teams he manages. He oversees the day-to-day operations during the remodeling/building process.
