Locations & Hours

We have multiple locations throughout Central Missouri, making it easy for our patients to access the care they need. Our hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and we offer extended hours and weekend appointments at some locations.

Services

At COMC, we offer a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of our patients. Our primary care providers see patients of all ages for a variety of illnesses, injuries, and ailments. We also offer specialized care in areas such as senior health, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, behavioral health, and dental health.

Our dental services include preventive care, restorative care, and cosmetic dentistry. We believe that oral health is an important part of overall health, and we are committed to providing high-quality dental care to our patients.

Our behavioral health services are designed to help patients manage emotional and behavioral health issues that can impact physical health. We offer individual and group therapy, as well as medication management.

In addition to our clinical services, we also offer a variety of support services. These include telemedicine, community health workers, chronic care management, and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Our telemedicine services make it easy for patients to access care from the comfort of their own homes. We offer virtual appointments for a wide range of services, including primary care, behavioral health, and dental health.

Our community health workers are trained to help patients navigate the healthcare system and access the resources they need. They provide education, support, and advocacy to help patients achieve their health goals.

Our chronic care management services are designed to help patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. We offer personalized care plans, ongoing support, and education to help patients manage their conditions and improve their overall health.

The 340B Drug Pricing Program is a federal program that helps COMC provide affordable prescription medications to our patients. It allows us to purchase medications at a discounted price, which we pass on to our patients.
