Our Expertise and Capabilities

In addition to our extensive catalog of components, we provide in-house assembly services that encompass riveting and room-temperature bonding (without the necessity of autoclaves or clean rooms). Our assembly capabilities extend from simple tasks like installing nutplates to complex projects such as assembling Air Duct Assemblies for helicopters and Torque Tube Assemblies for aircraft flight controls.

Our comprehensive machine capabilities encompass 12' Cincinnati shears, 4' Dreis & Krump mechanical presses, 4' Di-Acro hydraulic/mechanical presses, a 400-ton Bliss mechanical press, a 21-ton hydraulic straightening press, a 26-inch diameter hydroforming machine capable of exceeding 1,400 PSI internal chamber pressure, an 8' Cincinnati 150-ton mechanical press brake, a 12-ton arbor press, a glass bead blasting cabinet, a 6-spindle 15-inch gang drill press, a 52-inch foot shear, two 52-inch and 24-inch hand rolls (16-gauge), a 650-ton hydro-press with a 28x50-inch bed or 36x50-inch bed, a 10' 110-ton Amada CNC press brake, a 48-inch 10-gauge hand roll, and much more. We also possess 15-inch LeBlond engine lathes, two Bridgeport universal milling machines, a 10" x 16" Johnson horizontal band saw, two DOALL vertical band saws, a 18-inch vertical band saw, a 10-inch single-axis cold saw, an 18-inch Grob band file, and a CNC Flow abrasive waterjet cutting system with a 72" x 144" table.

We are equipped to accommodate both short-run and prototype requirements within the 3-axis range. We take pride in fabricating parts from existing customer tooling or, if needed, we can engineer and build tooling tailored to meet specific customer needs. We also excel in the creation of detail tube or tubing assemblies, utilizing aluminum, stainless steel, or carbon steel materials.
