Harris & Associates, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1957 by Theodore (Ted) J. Harris. Our design team consists of Civil and Structural Engineers and Land Surveyors. The firm size allows the principals to maintain an active role with all phases of a project while continually providing personal attention to the client's needs. From one-room additions to 200,000 square foot retail facilities, we have an extensive and diverse list of clientele including commercial retailers, manufacturers, commercial developers, warehousing firms, multi-family housing developers, design/build firms, homeowners, municipalities, and other engineering and surveying firms. Eighty percent of our services are performed for repeat clients, attesting to their trust and satisfaction.

Civil Engineering

Our Professional Engineers have vast experience in site design, land planning, and permitting. We provide civil engineering services for commercial, multi-family residential, and retail projects. Our services include design, site plan, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, land planning, roads, permitting, site plan approval, notice of intent, Chapter 30, sewer and water main extensions, and construction management.

Land Surveying

Our Professional Land Surveyors provide a complete range of quality surveying services. We provide land surveying services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Our services include surveys, ALTA/NSPS, land title, certified survey maps (CSM), topographic, residential lots, floodplain (FEMA), subdivision plats, construction staking, legal descriptions, and land planning approvals.

Architectural Services

Our Architectural services extend to a variety of structure types and occupancies. We provide architectural services for commercial, retail, and multi-family residential projects. Our services include design, floor plan layout, specifications, building code review, inspection, construction progress inspection, code issues, and project management.
