Our team of experienced nutritionists, led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Julie Cole, provides personalized nutrition services to individuals struggling with anxiety and fear around food. Meet Our Team

Our team of experienced nutritionists is led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Julie Cole. Julie has a passion for helping individuals develop a healthier relationship with food, and has extensive experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety and fear around food. Our team also includes Melissa Guido, an administrative assistant and dietitian with a background in Diabetes Prevention, Hypertension, Intuitive Eating, and Non-diet counseling.
