Who We Are
CMH Home Inspections is a family-owned and operated business led by experienced home inspector Craig Howard. With over 35 years of expertise in property maintenance and management, Craig is a certified NACHI inspector and has conducted over 4500 inspections in the Tallahassee area. He is joined by his son, Austin, a licensed home inspector and construction management graduate, and supported by Cheri, a retired elementary school teacher who manages the day-to-day operations.
