Our History and Mission

Gateway Living was founded in 1991 by Mike Hudman and June Beyerlin, who were determined to create a sanctuary for individuals seeking a supportive assisted living environment. Their mission was simple yet profound: to deliver care and services with compassion and respect. Today, we continue to uphold this mission, striving to provide the highest level of care and support to our residents.

Our Facilities and Services

Our campus is conveniently located in Springfield, Oregon, and consists of 11 houses with memory care units specially designed for individuals who are living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Each house is a beautiful, custom-built, safe, and secure home that provides a cozy and comfortable environment for our residents. We offer a range of services, including:

• 24-hour personal care and assistance

Our Locations and Resources

We have four locations across the Eugene/Springfield area, each with a specialty and focus. Our other locations offer additional resources and services, including:

• Gateway Adult Residential Care: Provides 24-hour personal care and services for individuals living with memory loss and other forms of dementia.
• Gateway Memory Care: Offers specialized care and support for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of memory loss.
• Gateway Assisted Living: Provides assisted living services and support for individuals who require help with daily living activities.
