Our Team

Meet our talented team, comprising of experts with a deep understanding of the cabinetry industry. Our team leader, Arlie Naeher, has been building his expertise for nearly 20 years, honing his skills working with the industry's best. Arlie is joined by Joan Schafer, a CPA and MSU alum, who brings her passion for design and business acumen to the team. Rounding out our trio is Stephen Sturtz, a recent graduate of Gallatin College in Design Drafting, whose computer drafting skills and passion for architecture make him a valuable asset to the team.
