History

Troxel Custom Homes was founded in the mid-1990s by Brian Troxel and his wife Kris in Holland, Michigan. Brian, a third-generation home builder, brought with him a reputation for consistent quality and attention to detail. In 2005, Drew DeMeester joined the company, bringing his expertise in business management, construction management, estimating, purchasing, and architectural design. Today, under Drew's leadership, Troxel Custom Homes continues to thrive and innovate, committed to building the best homes possible for our clients.
