A Plus Home Health Services, LLC (A-Plus HHS) is a Medicare certified home health agency that is dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We are licensed by the State of Arizona, Department of Health Services and accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). Our mission is to heal in the comfort of your home, delivering quality healthcare one patient at a time.

At A-Plus HHS, we specialize in catering to the needs of the geriatric population in Maricopa and Pinal County. Our team of professionals includes registered nurses (RNs), physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), speech pathologists/therapists (SLPs), home health aides (HHAs), and medical social workers. We offer a range of patient referral services that are designed to meet the unique needs of each patient, including in-home lab draws and in-home radiology.

Our Services

Our services are focused on delivering quality personalized care to each patient. We offer nursing services, therapies, and personal care services that are tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Our team of RNs provides in-home medical care, including wound care, medication management, and disease management. Our PTs and OTs work with patients to help them regain strength, mobility, and functional independence. Our SLPs provide speech and language therapy to help patients communicate effectively. Our HHAs provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Our medical social workers provide counseling and support to patients and their families.
