Lawrence Brothers Inc. was established in 1974 by brothers Jim and Dale Lawrence in Bluefield, Virginia. The company began as a small operation in a three-car garage, fabricating mine battery trays for Exide Battery. With the addition of Gould Battery as a customer, the company moved to a larger facility, and over the years, it has continued to expand, now occupying an 80,000+ sq. ft facility with 60 employees. Lawrence Brothers Inc. specializes in heavy metal fabrication and serves all major battery manufacturers, including EnerSys, Deka, and Crown.
