Star Gymnastics

At Star Gymnastics, we are passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to develop physically, mentally, and emotionally through the sport of gymnastics. Founded in 2002 by Maurie Erickson, a professional member of USA Gymnastics since 2005, our mission is to promote a lifelong love of fitness and physical activity. Our facility is equipped with a wide range of equipment, including balance beams, uneven bars, vault table, spring floor, parallel bars, pommel horse, rings, and trampoline. We offer recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes for boys and girls of all ages, as well as a competitive program that has produced numerous State and Regional champions.

Competitive Team

Our competitive team, Xcel, is an excellent opportunity for your child to learn that with hard work, they can achieve their goals and build self-confidence. We compete in Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho, with different training levels available for athletes. The Bronze and Silver levels are designed for those who want to compete without as much commitment and less traveling, while the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels require more commitment, including summer training. Our team is by invitation only once you have completed 1st year Bronze. Competing is not required, but it's an option for those who are passionate about the sport.

Ninja Classes

We have recently introduced Ninja Classes for children aged 3 1/2 to 14 years. These classes are inspired by Ninja Warrior and focus on free running, tumbling, and gymnastics skills. Our Ninja Preschool is designed for children aged 3 1/2 to 5, and our Beginning and Intermediate Ninja classes are available for those aged 5 to 14. These classes are a fun way for children to develop their physical skills while learning impulse control and teamwork.
