Matt Anderson and Mark Anderson, our owners and brokers, have extensive knowledge in the real estate market and property management. Kim Neal, our director, oversees our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Mark Pound, our agent, is dedicated to finding the best deals for our clients. Lon Vandenheuvel, our maintenance expert, ensures all properties are well-maintained. Nancy Johnson, our office manager, handles all administrative tasks, and Angela Monarrez, our office assistant, supports our team in various ways.

Property Management

Our property management services aim to minimize surprises and unscheduled repairs while maintaining and prolonging the life of improvements and equipment. We manage and maintain owner/tenant communications, conduct regular inspections, and develop a management plan and budget. We also handle routine building checks, emergency and service request responses, and vendor coordination. Our financial reporting includes providing an annual operating plan and budget, monthly reporting, maintaining a bank operating account, paying vendor invoices, and collecting and depositing rents. We initiate collection action to enforce payment, ensuring complete income and expense accounting, timely and accurate reporting, and peace of mind for our clients.

Real Estate Brokerage

Our real estate brokerage services focus on positioning properties for results. We develop marketing materials, site signage, website posting, MNCar posting, MLS posting, and broadcast marketing to brokers and agents. We also engage in direct marketing to buyers, sellers, and tenants, ensuring maximum market exposure and closure.

Professional Services

Our professional services include market analysis, broker opinion of value, identification of concerns and risks, property tax valuation appeals, and coordinating with legal representatives for the eviction process. These services help minimize surprises and unscheduled repairs, maintaining and prolonging the life of improvements and equipment.

In addition to these services, we also offer storage units available in Grandy, MN. These units are enclosed by a security fence, providing 24-hour access. A security deposit is required, which is the same as one month's rent.
