Our History

The name "Jefferson" was chosen at the recommendation of our early financiers from Japan, who were looking for a principled American firm that was dedicated to creating winning real estate solutions and conducting business with integrity. Since our inception, we have operated with these values at our core, and we are proud to say that the vast majority of our projects have come to fruition through word-of-mouth reference.
