Welcome to Sarah Jane's Bakery Northeast, a family-owned business dedicated to providing the best, made-from-scratch baked goods in the region. Our story began with a passion for baking, passed down through generations. Our family, including Audry, Joe, Stephanie, and Hannah, are Minnesotans at heart, and we're thrilled to be the new owners of Sarah Jane's Bakery.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Audry has always had a passion for baking. Her love for baking inspired her daughters, Stephanie and Hannah, to develop a love for cooking and baking as well. Stephanie has had several years of experience in professional baking and has joined her mother in the world of baking. We believe that using the best ingredients is crucial, and that's why we use only the finest ingredients in our homemade goodies.

Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment that reminds you of home. We strive to provide the same type of baked goods that your grandmother used to make. Who doesn't love a fresh doughnut with their morning coffee? We're excited to meet you and share our passion for baking with you.

Ordering and Lead Times

We understand that planning ahead is important, and that's why we have set lead times for our baked goods. Please note the following:

• Cake orders: 48 hours or more in advance for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday pickups. Friday and Saturday pickups need to be placed by Wednesday.
• Cupcake orders: 48 hours or more in advance.
• Doughnut orders: 1 day or more in advance for 1-2 dozen, 3-5 dozen, and 6 dozen or more.
• Customized sugar cookies: 4-5 days for 1-2 dozen, 8-10 days for 3-6 dozen, and 2 weeks for 6 dozen or more.
• Wedding-related orders: 3 weeks or more in advance.

How to Place an Order

To place an order, please email us at sarahjanesbakery@gmail.com or call us during business hours at 612-789-2827. When ordering, please include the following:

• Date of pickup
• Time of pickup (Tuesday-Friday 5am-2pm, Saturday 5am-1pm)
• Items you'd like to order
• First and last name
• Phone number

We will confirm all emailed orders and respond to inquiries once our bakers are available, typically between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday.
