David's passion for building began in his youth, leading him to pursue a degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University.

His career took him from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent at prestigious home building companies like Continental Homes and Carriage Homes, where he gained invaluable experience in all facets of project management. Driven to learn both the artistic and practical aspects of construction, David further honed his skills by working as a remodeler, tackling a wide range of repair projects, and earning a deep understanding of what makes a truly functional and aesthetically pleasing home.

This hands-on experience, coupled with his artistic vision, fueled his drive to establish his own company, dedicated to delivering "creative beauty" in every project. From there, David's passion for sustainable building practices led him to become certified as a Green Building Professional, ensuring his commitment to environmentally responsible construction methods whenever possible.
