Welcome to Charger Construction, LLC. We are a second-generation, family-owned company with expertise in estimating, construction, project management, and pre-construction services. Our goal, then and now, is to provide quality, on-time projects that meet our clients' expectations. We ensure that our customers receive a quality product at a fair price and in a reasonable time frame.

Our mission is to provide extraordinary construction services that surpass our customers' expectations. We will accomplish this through carefully developed, selective use of responsible subcontractors. We will ensure the longevity of our company through repeat and referral business achieved through excellent customer satisfaction. We maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness with our suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. We also develop and retain the best leaders and always provide opportunities for them.

Services

We offer a wide range of services including budget development, design-build, quality control, cost and scheduling, land development, safety management, contract administration, and project management. Our team of experts ensures that every project is executed with precision and care, from the initial planning stages to the final completion.

Team Leaders

Our team leaders are highly experienced and dedicated professionals. Tim Washburn, the founding owner, has over 30 years of experience in project management, division management, and land development. Aaron Wrightsman and Tyler Washburn serve as project managers, while Ryan Washburn is the senior project manager. Brooke Washburn is our office administrator, and Kara Washburn is the controller. Aubrey Wrightsman and Tom Sedman are project engineers, and Larry Clark, Randy Springer, Keenan Sharp, Brian Pugh, Patrick Long, and Steven Vandermost are superintendents.
