Staffing has been in the family for decades at Invero Staffing. Our founder, Carole Phillips, began her career in the staffing industry in London, England, where she quickly earned the nickname "the million-dollar interviewer" from clients due to her exceptional placement skills. After moving to southern California, Carole continued her career in the staffing industry and quickly rose through the ranks to become the #1 sales performer nationally.

In the early 2000s, Carole approached her twin sons, James and Daniel, about assisting her with some of the back-office and recruiting duties. The brothers joined the staffing industry in their early twenties and worked alongside their mother for several years. After Carole retired and focused on non-profit work, James and Daniel launched Invero Staffing in late 2015 with a simple passion for helping people while providing an effective service that delivers results.
