Welcome to International Taekwon-Do Academy, where we are proud to serve the Arvada, CO community with our inspiring martial arts program for the whole family! I am Master Victor Teran, the founder of International Taekwon-Do Academy. I am proud to say that our program has had a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of families all over New Jersey and now in Arvada. Our members tell us that our school is not just a gym, but a community where they can grow and improve as a whole person - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.

Our Kids' Martial Arts program is designed to foster character building and leadership in a safe and fun environment. Our adult martial arts classes emphasize improving fitness, confidence, and practical self-defense. We also offer Self-Defense classes that are designed to help you stay safe while getting in shape. And for those who enjoy high-energy workouts, we have Group Fitness classes that are perfect for people of all experience levels.
