At BayAreaJump.com, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. Our rain policy allows customers to cancel deliveries free of charge, with deposits held for future rentals. If customers choose to accept the unit(s), no refunds will be provided, but the units remain usable in light rain or showers. We recommend having kids exit the unit during heavy rain and drying it out when the rain subsides.
