Services

We provide a complete design and installation of overhead fire sprinkler systems for new construction in commercial, industrial, residential homes, and apartment buildings. We also offer Tenant Improvement services for existing buildings, where the system needs to be modified to meet current NFPA codes. Additionally, we can install a retrofit system for buildings without a sprinkler system. For existing systems, we offer maintenance and repairs, including 24/7 emergency services. Our team will address any deficiencies found in your fire protection systems and ensure they pass NFPA Title 19 certification. We also provide house calls for residential emergencies and offer annual and five-year inspections to keep your system in compliance and working properly.

Inspections

Annual inspections include a water flow test, control valve test, main drain test, and a visual inspection of all piping and sprinkler heads. Five-year inspections include all of the above plus a visual inspection of the inside of check valves, system piping, and a full flush on the Fire Department Connection (FDC). Upon completion, all documentation will be submitted to the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) or governing body.
