Delivering Solutions That Are Consistently Reliable and Innovative

At Premier Performing Arts, we are dedicated to providing exceptional instruction in dance, acting, musical theater, and private lessons. Our mission is to foster a love for the arts in our students while instilling the discipline and dedication required to achieve classical technique.

Our Mission

Our faculty consists of professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields. We believe that our students deserve the best possible instruction, which is why we do not employ student teachers. Our annual dance recitals and music showcases provide students with the opportunity to showcase their talents and gain valuable stage experience. While we do not participate in competitions, we offer master classes with industry experts to further enhance our students' skills.

Our Faculty

Our faculty members are highly qualified professionals with a passion for teaching and the arts. They have extensive experience in their respective fields and are dedicated to providing the best possible instruction to our students. We believe in the importance of maintaining small class sizes to ensure that each student receives personalized attention and instruction.

Tuition and Classes

We offer a variety of classes for students of all ages and skill levels. Our classes include ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, tap, and tumbling, as well as acting, musical theater, and private lessons. We also offer camps and programs during the summer and other school breaks. Our tuition rates are competitive, and we offer discounts for siblings and early registration.

Class Schedule and Calendar

Our class schedule and calendar are designed to accommodate students with varying schedules. We offer classes at convenient times during the week and on weekends. Our calendar includes important dates such as recital rehearsals, performances, and studio closures.

Attendance and Class Adjustments

Regular attendance is crucial for student progress and success. If a student must miss a class, we encourage them to make up the class during the same term. In the event of prolonged illness or injury, students may receive credit to be used within the next term by providing a physician's certification to the school office. We also reserve the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather or faculty illness and will reschedule them at an appropriate time.

Recital

Our annual recital is a highlight of the year for our students and their families. It provides an opportunity for our students to showcase their talents and gain valuable stage experience. Students must take two consecutive terms (winter and spring) of instruction to be eligible to participate in the recital. Participation is not mandatory, but we encourage all students to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.

Studio Etiquette

We strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment in our studios and waiting areas. Punctuality is very important, as warm-up basics are given at the start of each class. Faculty members have the discretion as to whether or not to allow a student to enter a class if they are late. Snacks and beverages are available in the lobby area, and we ask that students dispose of all trash in the containers provided and clean up after themselves.

Dress Code

We have specific dress codes for each class to ensure that our students are comfortable and prepared for their lessons. For example, ballet students must wear a black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. No shorts or bare legs are permitted. For hip-hop classes, students can wear comfortable street clothes and non-slip sneakers or jazz shoes. We ask that parents reinforce the importance of adhering to these dress codes so that coming to class can be a pleasant experience for everyone.
